You ask for a volunteer to take the minutes and nobody puts their hand up! Because nobody is confident taking minutes. But they will be if they take this course. No more twisting arms to take the minutes! This course will give you practical tips and guidelines, enabling you to feel confident when taking notes, and subsequently produce accurate minutes.
