Managers, supervisors and staff dealing with HR matters particularly recruitment and selection. Anyone who sits on an interview panel MUST have had recruitment and selection training.

Course description

Every organisation needs the right person for the right job and it is very easy to end up with the wrong person. Ensure you have the right skills to recruit and select the best staff and volunteers. Also ensure that you do not fall foul of the laws around the employment of staff.

This course will outline the five stages of recruitment that will give you the tools to attract the right person for the right job.
