How to Write a Feasibility Study
9.30am-4.30pm (9.00am registration & coffee) @ Riverside Centre, Dickens Road, Gravesend, DA12 2JY
Fee £35
Aimed at:
Those responsible for the development and initiation of new projects and those who manage established projects who wish to reassess the viability and demonstrate the continuing need for their project.
Course description
It is easy to think that because an idea is a good one it will work. This is not always the case. Established projects also may become out of date and not be meeting the changing needs of clients groups. Careful planning and research is needed to ensure the success and viability of any project. A feasibility study will investigate the practical and financial aspects of a proposal or project and give you the information you will need to make an informed decision about moving forward and implementing or shelving and rethinking.
Course content
This course will give you the skills, knowledge and tools to produce a professional feasibility study which can be used to produce a full business plan later on in the development of your new project. The 6 parts of the feasibility plan will be covered in a step by step process.
